Terms of Use

1. The deal
These terms are between you and Draw With Quill ("we"), the makers of Quill: Learn to Draw. By using the app or this website, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Quill.
2. Who can use Quill
You must be 13 or older. If you're under 18, or under the age of digital consent where you live (14 in Spain), you need a parent's or guardian's permission, and they agree to these terms for you.
3. What Quill is
Quill turns photos into step-by-step drawing lessons that you draw on paper. It's free. You can start 2 new photo drawings a day, and ready-made lessons are there anytime. Lessons are made automatically, so they won't always be perfect. We may change, add or remove features, change the daily limit, or pause the service.
4. Using Quill well
Please don't:
- upload photos you don't have the right to use;
- upload photos of other people without their permission, or anything illegal, hateful or sexual;
- try to get around the daily limit, overload our servers, or copy, reverse engineer or resell the service;
- use Quill to break the law or hurt anyone.
If you do, we can stop your access.
5. Your photos and drawings
Your photos and your drawings are yours. You give us permission to process the photos you send only to build your lesson or feedback, as described in the privacy policy. We don't keep them and we don't use them for anything else.
6. Our stuff
The app, the lessons it creates, the Quill character and this website belong to Draw With Quill. You can use them for your own drawing practice and share your finished drawings anywhere you like. Please don't copy the app or the character for other products.
7. No warranty
Quill is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep it running well, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or right for every photo.
8. Limits on liability
As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or unexpected losses from using Quill, and since Quill is free, our total liability is limited to 50 euros. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that the law says can't be limited.
9. Stopping
You can stop using Quill anytime by deleting the app. We can stop offering Quill or your access to it, for example if you break these terms.
10. Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you're a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the laws of the country where you live and can go to your local courts.
11. Changes
If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the effective date. If you keep using Quill after that, the new terms apply.
